The rooms will not be nice, the management will not clean the bed and room. The bed was covered with hairs when I asked them to clean it and change the bed sheet, they just picked the hair using their hands and reversed the bed sheet. The bed sheet was stinking like hell. The bathroom will be like public toilet and full of yellow colour and strains. The water will be full of salt and heater will not work after 10 AM. The WiFi will not work and they will simply tell that they have network issue. There will be frequent power cuts. Over all worst rooms and services.

Worst room, no hot water. They said solar will work later. dont know how it work. No lock in the bath room. No TV . They said TV went for repair. Only website photos are looking good. After booking from they said to cancel the booking and deal with directly , non sense , cheating.

Don’t sorcery yourself!!! If you want to waste your money, please come and stay for hefty price for nothing. At least I could have used this money to help poor people to reduce my past sins. Pretty old hotel, no dust bin, stinky bathroom like public toilet, some room has lcd tv and others has CRT tv and the highlight is nothing works. I had paid full amount before check in and I got trapped. Most of them like me also did the same, came to know after I had talked with them. I paid money to stay inside room but me and others were standing outside reception to ask items or seek help as in flush is not working in toilet, tv not working, bed sheet is not clean, no curtain in the glass window etc. If you want to struggle like me please come here to ruin your trip. I don’t know how come few people given good reviews. I think they don’t have conscience. You have to park your vehicle on public road no private place to park safely. Photos whatever circulated in Google or booking apps might have taken when they launched this hotel.

The hotel is horrible , I booked by booking. com . The bed sheets are stinking , and the toilet flush was not working . The rooms had no ventilation and smelling. For the price I paid to them , I would have got a good hotel.

Useless service. Nothing works. Management is a set of youngsters who do not know anything. If we request something they will tell us 1 minute. And the 1 minute is never-ending. The rooms are covered with mold and there is mouldy smell 24*7. Overall bad experience, please ask to see room before paying for it. Afterwards it is your headache.

Worst experience for us...staff behavior is fully money oriented. Don't spoil anybody's trip by booking these kind of hotels. We booked a family room for a long back with less amount, but the staffs are compelling us to cancel the booking in nearing holidays for re-selling to higher price to some one else. Pls Dont book anybody!!!

The rooms are below par. Service is not there. Nobody responds for anything. TV doesn't switch on. Simply kept for show. They dont provide soap, towel or anything. They charged rs 5000 for one day. When asked why so much high price, they say bcos of season.

It's an average level residency and I felt just Ok ok with the rooms. Same rated rooms are not provided with all facilities. Some rooms have almira and some don't. Each room have different curtains, variable sized bed, different TV etc. Washrooms are average, not well cleaned. All things rated average.
